Phase 1: Competitive Training
Until 31st July, when clubs are secure and ready, competitive training can start. Overall group size is limited to 30 people.
Phase 2: Competitive Matches
From August, outdoor competitive football matches to begin, for example pre-season fixtures, festivals and small sided football competitions.
Phase 3: Leagues and Competitions Commence
Grassroots leagues, men’s National League System, Women’s Football Pyramid tiers 3 to 6, and FA Competitions can commence.
